Successful business development starts with a holistic action plan. Most organizations miss the complete alignment of their departments to drive towards a shared vision. Those succeeding learned to harness existing strengths to pro-actively unlock opportunities driving long-term success. While taking my experience to the next level driving my ventures internationally, I share my experience in Business Development with clients and partners globally.

I am an engineer who developed true leadership character. I took responsibility for my innovative ideas and soon for corporate strategic objectives. I interlocked with politics and industry to drive bold visions across Europe and the US and participated in worldwide standardization efforts to shape our future mobility. Founder, shareholder and limited partner to multiple ventures, I have experienced the challenges of building, mentoring and exiting companies.

Being a multi-entrepreneur, I am advisor and mentor for start-ups and strategic advisory for new business concepts and collaboration.

I wrote my diploma thesis about phase noise measurement near the carrier. Even more than a decade later the topic is still actual and critical, because phase noise influences the accuracy of our communication systems. It makes a difference in how good your smartphone works in the high frequency range e.g. Wi-Fi and cellular communication. This gets even more important when applied in critical system devices.

Earth is currently accommodating about 7 billion people. Caused by our habits and living, we would need two of them to remain in balance. The United Nations predict humanity to grow up to 11 billion people in 2100. Therefore, it is time to reconsider our habits, alliances and politics.

Challenged during an international authorship meeting with our world's elite in 2015, one of our founding members was invited to analyze current shortcomings and rethink our current mechanisms of national and international politics.

The invention relates to a method for setting user data of a new user in a motor vehicle. Its purpose is to personalize the motor vehicle for the new user, even if the type of vehicle is new to the user. Big Data analysis and self-learning algorithms are used to predict the configuration best matching the physical conditions and known preferences of the user.
